Terms of Service

LeadGab · last updated 6 August 2026

These terms cover use of LeadGab Messaging, both by the businesses that install it and by the people who write to them through it. By using the service you agree to them.

If you are writing to a business

You are using this service to reach that business. The conversation belongs to the two of you: they can read it, reply to it and delete it. We do not read it to sell you anything, and we do not use it for advertising.

Please do not use the service to send anything unlawful, to impersonate somebody else, or to send volumes of automated messages. A business may block an address or a number that does.

If you run a workspace

Availability

The service is provided as it stands. We aim to keep it running and your data intact, but no uptime is guaranteed, and you should keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, LeadGab is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from use of the service, including lost business or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Ending it

You may stop using the service at any time and ask for your data to be deleted — see Deleting your data. We may end access where these terms are broken.

Changes

If these terms change materially, the date at the top of the page changes with them.
